Excuses!

Well...it seems like I've been slacking on my posts about Grant. I have a few excuses to my defense. First, I couldn't find my camera for a while. No pictures...no posts. Second, we have been really busy. Kirk has started his last semester at school and work for me has been surprisingly hectic lately. Third, we have been pretty boring lately. This is because Kirk seems to have school every Saturday and this means the highlight of our weekend is playing at the McDonald's playground. This is because it has been slightly cooler and wetter than usual during this time of the year. I think this is going to change any day now. :) Here are some random pictures Kirk took this morning of our growing little boy. I know I am his mother and I have to think he is the cutest boy ever...but come on!!! He is pretty dang cute! You have to admit that!
Grant and our shaggy dog

Did we mention that Grant is taking gymnastics at his daycare? He is on the Tumble Team!

Kirk bought doggie stairs for Lola...but she didn't like them. No worries...because now Grant can climb up on our bed by himself.

For some odd reason...this was Kirk's favorite picture of the bunch. Kirk said it was Grant's Al Bundy pose.

The Al Bundy pose will go up right next to the "grape" picture of Kirk.
Cute kid - getting big very fast. Looking forward to seeing him in the real time.

that picture is no where as infamous as the grapes picture (I'm sure you all probably included the grapes as a prop for the pic) =)

Look forward to seeing y'all too.

Nice try at saving yourself, Kirk. The grapes were not a prop, you took them with you....
and that's why that photo is so perfectly funny.
